Women’s Health & Maternity
A variety of women’s health services are available through Partnership Community Health Center, Inc. (PCHC). Our goal is to partner with women to educate them about their bodies, family planning options, and screening tests. Services we offer include:
- Pelvic and breast exams
- Pap smears
- Family planning/Birth control
- Screening and treatment of sexually transmitted infections (STI)
- Pre-pregnancy counseling
- Pregnancy testing
- Menstrual problems
- Bladder control problems
Some of these services are covered by WI Family Planning Only Services which you may be eligible for. You can fill out the application on their website, or may qualify for express enrollment at your visit.
PCHC is very pleased to offer maternity care to our families who are expecting! Prenatal care visits are done at the clinic and our family physician travels to Appleton Medical Center and St. Elizabeth Hospital for births. You can expect support and education throughout your pregnancy, referrals to community resources, and a clinic with pediatric and family medicine providers to care for your baby after birth. Please call to schedule your appointment or pregnancy testing with us. Ideally your first appointment would be within the first 12 weeks of your pregnancy.
