Children’s Health

“Children do not care how much you know until they know how much you care”
–Teddy Roosevelt

Partnership Community Health Center, Inc. (PCHC) considers it a joy to care for children and their families. Our pediatricians and family physicians work with families to provide comprehensive and compassionate healthcare. We look forward to watching your child grow from infancy to college-age!

Well Child Visits

Well child visits begin just a few days after birth and continue every 2-6 months in the first 2 years of life and yearly thereafter. These checkups allow us to build a relationship with you and your child while assessing your child to make sure they are meeting developmental goals.

The children’s health providers at PCHC work to educate you about immunizations. Immunizations can be an effective way to prevent several serious childhood illnesses. Many parents have questions about childhood immunizations.  Our providers can discuss those issues with you.

All immunizations your child receives at the clinic will be posted to the confidential statewide Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR). This is a great tool for you to use should you need fast access to your child’s immunization record. You may be able to access their immunization information on the Wisconsin immunization registry.

Express Enrollment

We see many children who do not have insurance, have just moved from out of state, or have insurance that has lapsed. As a federally qualified health center, we have the ability to “express enroll” children in to Medicaid or “BadgerCare.” This service gives immediate insurance coverage to children who qualify.
